The R1100 Series are compact CMOS-based voltage regulators featuring 35mA to 100mA. Even if VOUT is shorted to the GND, the included current limit circuit protects the ICs from the destruction.
R1100 is available in the SON1408-3 package, consequently providing a compact design.
