The R1150 Series are CMOS-based 24V input voltage regulators featuring 90mA to 150mA output. R1150 with a built-in voltage detector is available in four versions. The differences between these versions are in CE pin, points to be detected, and output delay time. R1150’s input voltage as high as Max. 24V makes it suitable for use in digital home appliances.
