36V Input 500mA Low Supply Current Voltage Regulator

The R1517 Series are CMOS-based voltage regulators featuring 500mA output current and 36V input voltage. In addition to a fold-back protection circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit, built into conventional regulators, the R1517 contains a constant slope circuit and an auto-discharge function. Besides the low supply current by CMOS, the operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C and the maximum input voltage is 36V, the R1517 series are very suitable for power source of digital home appliances, office equipment and automotive applications.
